The University Scholarships Office
awards Academic and Diversity scholarships annually. Academic scholarships
are awarded to qualified applicants who have exemplified academic
excellence. Recipients must be an entering freshman or community/junior
college graduate. Scholarship selection is based on candidates’ GPA,
ACT/SAT scores or graduating class rank; application required.
Diversity scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students in
order to foster and achieve racial diversity. Recipients must be
Caucasian or other non African American; application required.
Academic and Diversity Scholarships are administered by the University
Scholarship Office, located in room 113 of B. F. Roberts Hall.
Information for Departmental Scholarships may be obtained from
specific departments, such as Music, Athletics, Development, Alumni,
Engineering, etc.
